Food

Le Zinc's cuisine may
be sampled throughout the day, the bistro being open for lunch, tapas and dinner. Le Zinc has also established itself as a destination for weekend brunch when the sunny garden patio is
particularly popular for relaxing with a café crème and a home-made French pastry. Max the Chef-Owner has spent many years perfecting the art of recreating and innovating upon traditional French recipes in his family-owned cafés as well as at his previous own restaurant & wine bar located in Paris. He carefully selects the freshest seasonal ingredients which he utilizes in coexistence with special imported French food products to create dishes both classic and contemporary reflective of his Gallic roots. In his goal to create a memorable dining experience, Max is adamant that menu items are hand prepared in his kitchen from top quality ingredients. House-made products include the pork rillettes, foie gras terrine, cold-smoked salmon, sturgeon & artic char, fresh hand-cut French fries, ice creams, sorbets and croissants. The fresh shellfish platters, reminiscent of those served in the French brasseries, are also a great treat.
